The Apex Experience

Apex Appraisal Services Inc. is a family real estate appraisal business that started in 1997 to do residential appraisals. Company President David Reger also performed as an appraiser before forming Apex Appraisal Services Inc. in 1989. 

Since 1997 we have performed thousands of appraisals on many types of properties for many purposes. We have continuously updated our skills and maintained contact with a network of appraisers to keep abreast of the industry. 

Our office is located in Elmira, New York. We cover a three-county area for residential appraisals. 

Our real estate appraisals cover a wide breadth and depth from single-family residential to multi-family and complex rural properties.
