The business was founded in 1997 by Dave Reger, a certified real estate appraiser with over 30 years of appraisal experience. Since its founding, the firm has provided accurate, well-supported, and USPAP-compliant appraisal services to lenders, attorneys, and private clients throughout New York and Pennsylvania.
Today, the firm is led by Matthew McCarthy, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, who continues the company’s long-standing commitment to quality, independence, and reliable valuation. Together, we combine decades of hands-on appraisal expertise with current market knowledge to deliver credible valuation reports that stand up to review and scrutiny.
